Tariff

We hope these prices and terms are reasonable

**** Minimum duration booking is Friday 4pm to Monday 11am, or Monday 4pm to Friday 11am bookings also available.
 Any other duration only by contacting us and subject to availability.
(not available in the Summer months) 

Payment

We ask for a £250 security deposit/booking fee. This does not form part of your holiday payment, which is due six weeks before your stay or immediately if booking on short notice.  Deposits are refunded (subject to Terms of Let) within seven days after departure
All bookings have inclusive cleaning and welcome pack

Cancellation terms

60 days notice                                            100% refund of security deposit/booking fee

Pets

We love animals and particularly dogs, so you are welcome to bring them to the property (maximum of two please). Please bring their own bedding, bowls etc and keep them downstairs using the stair gate. Please collect all their poo and dispose of it properly. If we find evidence of dogs upstairs or in the garden and have to undertake additional cleaning we will make an additional cleaning charge.

Wifi

Despite the charm and relatively remote location of the cottage, we are delighted to say from late 2021 we have installed Fast broadband (FTTP which reaches 150mbps downloads for the tech heads among you.) Feel free to talk to Google, pair the smart speaker to your streaming service or enjoy the Smart TV.
